Terms and Conditions
We will do our best to dispatch items within 1 weekday of your order. All items are sent 1st class unless otherwise stated. We will endevour to keep stock situations as clear as possble at the time of your order. Orders valued over £25 will be sent recorded delivery for your peace of mind and for ours.
Please note although our shop is open 7 days a week, we are only able to man the online shop on weekdays due to weekends being very busy, therefore any orders placed on a saturday, sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next normal working day.
If you are outside the UK please contact us by phone for a postage quote BEFORE ordering.
Warranty periods are as specified by each manufacturer, but will be a minimum of 12 months.
For warranty claims you will need to contact us by phone and we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any postage costs incurred by yourself under any circumstances. For the majority of warranty cases we will need to inspect the item before a decision is made.
Warranty does not include fair wear and tear, accident damage or damage caused by incorrect fitting. If you are unsure of how to fit a part please contact us for advice or get your local cycle shop to do it as we will not be held responsible for damage or injury caused by improper fitting.
Due to box size restrictions, cycles will be sent out 95% assembled. You will need to fit the front wheel, handlebars and pedals. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure how to do this.
All orders, large or small will be packaged with great care and attention so they reach you in the same condition they left us. We reserve the right to re use old packaging/boxes to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) down and to help the environment.
For non warranty returns, we will accept returns within 14 days of the date you recieved them. They must be returned in new unused condition, packaging intact and with a copy of your reciept and a brief covering note. Again we are not responsible for any return postage costs and will not refund the original postage charge. You are strongly advised to insure the item you are posting as we are not responsible for items lost in the post on their way from you to us. Refunds will only be made to the orginal card that the purchase was paid for.

Workshop terms and conditions
All major repairs and services are estimated before work is carried out and we will ALWAYS get your permission to carry out the work first. All estimates are just that - estimates, and may vary slightly if we encounter problems such as incompatable parts, siezed or damaged parts that were not evident until work commenced etc
We have very limited storage space. Any bike not collected 8 weeks from the date of completion will be disposed of as we see fit, either by selling or scrapping. This is to compensate us for our time taken in working on the persons bike as our time is not free and we all have family's to support!
